Recordkeeping and billing
Complying with legal obligations

The Company does not sell client information.

The Company does not request or require Social Security numbers or client passwords as part of normal operations.

  1. Storage and Handling of Documents

Client documents may be temporarily stored on secure third party file transfer or website platforms for the limited time necessary to retrieve and transfer the materials, generally within forty eight hours.

Client files may be stored offline on secure storage devices maintained in a controlled environment.

Client files are retained only as long as reasonably necessary to provide services, respond to follow up inquiries, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, or enforce agreements.

Unless otherwise required by law or agreed in writing, client files may be retained for up to twelve months following completion of services and may then be securely deleted or destroyed.

  1. Limitations and Exceptions

Confidential information may be disclosed under the following circumstances:

With the client’s consent
To third party service providers necessary to operate the business, including payment processors, website hosting providers, file transfer services, or scheduling tools
When required by law, subpoena, court order, or lawful government request
To protect the rights, safety, or property of the Company or others

Third party providers are responsible for their own privacy and security practices.

While the Company takes reasonable steps to protect information, no method of electronic transmission or storage can be guaranteed to be completely secure. Absolute confidentiality and security cannot be guaranteed.

Clients are responsible for ensuring they have the legal authority to provide any documents or information submitted.

Clients should avoid submitting unnecessary sensitive personal information.
